Jaymie, Oliver Outdoor has been in growth mode.  How many structures and faces do you now operate? How many faces are digital? 

We currently have 225 structures and 515 faces. 52 of the faces are digitals.

 You had a significant transaction with Kessler Outdoor at the beginning of this year.  How has the integration of the Kessler inventory progressed?

It has been a very busy and exciting first six months of this year. Our team has done a wonderful job onboarding the Kessler Outdoor assets and serving our new clients. Since the acquisition, we’ve continued to enhance, upgrade and acquire. We’ve added 10 new digitals to the Ohio market.

With the Kessler acquisition you expanded your footprint into parts of Ohio and West Virginia.  Can you share what changes you made operational to coordinate the expanded territory? 

We are certainly thrilled to now operate in Ohio & West Virginia. Of course, with growth comes great opportunity. Our team has done a wonderful job taking on these new markets/new opportunities to serve.

It has been exciting to reward our team with additional financial streams, promotions, and most importantly, unleashing their superpower and fueling their, “Why”.

We added some key personnel prior to and post-acquisition in the areas of creative, accounting, sales, development and maintenance.
Also, pre-acquisition, we began on boarding a new media management system.

Our team has been working very hard. We couldn’t be prouder of them!

What do you see on the horizon through the rest of 2024 and into 2025?

First off, I see an amazing outdoor advertising industry uniting, doing everything we can to get Donald J. Trump back in the White House!  We have less than 4 months to make it happen!

Regarding our company plans, will continue to enhance, upgrade, & acquire.
