Mountain Outdoor operates a billboard company with 83 faces in Knox county and Sevier County in East Tennessee.  Insider talked with Dwight and Justin Church.  They tell Billboard Insider that Mountain Outdoor started in 1993. The Churches had been in the convenient store and restaurant business and started putting structures on our properties. They have grown over the years by building on their own properties and adding boards and by acquiring existing boards. We currently own and operate 83 faces in Knox County and Sevier County in East Tennessee. Dwight and son, Justin, are also in the restaurant and real estate business.
