Keystone Outdoor operates a billboard plant with 165 total faces including 24 digital displays which target bridges, expressways and suburban roads in Southern New Jersey, Trenton and Philadelphia.  The privately-held firm was started in 1977 by Dominick Cipollini when he secured a billboard location on 5th and Callowhill Street.  In 2022, Insider wrote about a rebrand of the Keystone website.
