Island Displays operates a plant of sixteen two sided 12′ by 6′ billboards structures which are within the right of way of the main highway on Turks and Caicos.  Turks and Caicos is 550 miles southeast of Miami just below the Bahamas chain.  The billboards are operated under an exclusive agreement with the government.   Pattti Reeves is the company’s founder.  Reeves also owns Reeves Media, an out of home sales rep firm.
