Hometown Outdoor operated a plant of 10 by 32 and 10 by 24 static billboards around Muncie, Indiana.  Gary Dragoo was the company’s President.  In March, Hometown sold to JR Promotions Outdoor Advertising.  JR Promotions General Manager Joshua Perkins tells Insider this:

I am the general manager at JR Promotions out of Columbus, IN. I saw that your company of the day was set to be Hometown Outdoor today but there was no info listed for them. I thought I would just send you a quick message to say that we acquired Hometown from Gary Dragoo on March 1st of this year. We’re excited to have some great inventory in the Muncie area now and we’re busy fixing up the signs and increasing the occupancy. If you know of anyone looking for boards in Muncie please send them our way!
