Can you share a little about the history of Hicks Outdoor
We started the business in 1985 as a buyer of outdoor advertising for the hospitality business. We are still in the hotel business in Charleston.
Can you provide us a description of your billboard plant and operations? Our plant is all bulletins and mostly located along the interstate system in West Virginia.
What is the regulatory environment like in West Virginia?
We are a highly regulated state. There have been some new changes in regulations to accommodate digital billboards.
Do you currently include any digital signs in your plant?
Not yet, but we are considering several new locations.
