Most of the company’s faces are 10′ by 20′ due to local zoning codes as well as the fact that the boards are in rural areas.  The company was founded in 2003 and is owned by Rick Engley.

In 2016 the city of Port Orchard, WA paid Engley $250,000 to settle Engley’s litigation as he sued the city of wrongfully delaying the issuance of permits for 8 billboards.
