Bullfrog Outdoor owns a 120 face out of home plant around Ft Wayne. the plant includes three digital units. The company was founded by Charlie MacIntyre in 1998 after a successful career with 3M in Chicago and Fort Wayne. Charlie is a member of the IBOUSA and a Billboard Insider reader. What’s new at the company over the last year
Have you seen any signs that were the economy is slowing
To some degree but by and large I say I’d say it’s still pretty good.
What are you looking to accomplish in the next year?
Keep inventory at 90% and build another digital. Hire a sales person.
You put a succession plan in place
I lost my wife three years ago and the boys don’t seem to be interested in the business. So I had Dave Westburg sign a letter of succession to run and sell the company after my passing.
Who’s digital signs do you use and what’s been your experience?
I use Formetco. They provide excellent customer service.
