Blue Ox Media was founded in 2016 and operates 4 digital and one static structure.  The double-side digitals are 14×48 and the static structure is a single sided 20×60.  The static location is an iconic rooftop spectacular billboard which dominates the St. Paul skyline and reaches all traffic heading south into the city (see below).
