Arrowhead Outdoor, LLC was founded in early 2011 by Lance Sayler.   The company operates a billboard plant with 23 billboard faces including 18 digital billboard faces in Oklahoma and Kansas.  Saylor spent his entire career in media, mostly radio.  Saylor died in 2023. Lynn Meredith is the company’s Managing Director.
