Scholarship Spotlight

The Vern and Elaine Clark OOH Advertising Industry “Champion” Scholarship is just one of 12 scholarships available through the FOARE Scholarship Program this year.

Established in 2012, the OOH “Champion” Scholarship honors the legacy of long-time industry champion Vern Clark, who personified loyalty, persistence, and a strong work ethic, having achieved numerous victories in the U.S. Congress on behalf of the industry.

To apply for the $5,000 scholarship, students must have a connection to the OOH industry and demonstrate a strong commitment to academic life, community activities, and career goals.
