Here are the results of the Clear Channel Outdoor 4Q 2025 earnings release, sponsored and analyzed by SignValue The company did not have an earnings call due to the pending take private transaction with Mubadala partners.
- Consolidated revenue increased by 8% to 462 million. America revenue was up 6.1% due to growth in the Bay Area and several other markets Airport revenue grew 14% due to growth in New York, San Francisco and Washington DC.
- Adjusted cashflow (EBITDA) increased 14% to 165 million during the fourth quarter of 2025 due to revenue growth and a decline in corporate expenses. Corporate expenses were due due to lower property and casualty insurance expense and reduced employee compensation.
- Capital expenditures totaled 22 million in the fourth quarter of 2025. Clear Channel Outdoor added 16 new billboard displays and 14 new street furniture displays during the fourth quarter of 2025. Here’s a listing of total Clear Channel Outdoor America displays at December 31, 2025:
