New York, New York — Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA), a division of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), today announced that Lynn Feldman has been named Executive Vice President and General Counsel for its business in the U.S. and Canada. Jointly reporting to CCOA Chief Executive Officer Scott Wells and Rob Walls, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for CCOH, Inc. and iHeartMedia, Inc., Feldman is responsible for all legal matters at CCOA including developing and implementing the company’s legal strategy. Feldman joins CCOA from Wyndham Hotel Group, where she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for over five years. She is based in CCOA’s New York office.
As General Counsel, Feldman is a strategic partner to CCOA’s management team and is responsible for leading regulatory, litigation and transactional issues. In her new role, Feldman manages and oversees the company’s legal budget, law staff, outside counsel and internal investigation of legal matters. “Lynn’s impressive background as a creative business partner and collaborative leader will be fundamental in helping Clear Channel Outdoor Americas meet its business objectives, drive revenue and build a more client-centric organization,” said Scott Wells. “Her breadth of experience and proven ability to build customer-focused legal teams will complement and enhance our organization. We are very excited to have her join our senior leadership team.”

Prior to serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Wyndham Hotel Group, Feldman was the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and public company Corporate Secretary for the parent company, Wyndham Worldwide. Earlier in her career, she held various corporate roles with Cendant Corporation and was also a Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler, OC. Feldman received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
