Adams Outdoor is the 4th largest out of home company in the United States with over 10,000 total faces, including 350 digital faces clustered in 7 states:

Adams was founded in 1983 and is privately held. In 2024 Adams Outdoor acquired 54 Charlotte, North Carolina billboard faces from Kegerreis Outdoor and 17 South Carolina billboard faces from Cook Brothers Corporation. Kevin Jones was named CEO in May 2024. Louse Lopez is CFO. Josh Scharfberg is Chief Revenue Officer. Rich Zecchino is Chief Legal Offcer and VP Real Estate. Billboard Insider talked with CEO Kevin Jones.

Adams acquired a couple companies in the Carolinas in 2024. How has the integration gone and can we expect to see more acquisitions from Adams.
The integrations have gone exceptionally well. Bringing these companies into the Adams Outdoor family has strengthened our presence and allowed us to expand our reach across key markets in the Carolinas. We are in major growth mode and feel incredibly strong about our footprint, particularly in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, High Point, and the eastern parts of the state, including Greenville and Fayetteville.
When people think about the Carolinas, we want them to know that Adams is their trusted partner—we have the inventory, expertise, and commitment to help brands make a lasting impact. Our team has worked diligently to ensure a seamless transition, and we’re already seeing the benefits of these acquisitions through enhanced offerings and expanded opportunities for our clients.
As for future acquisitions, we’re always looking at strategic opportunities that align with our vision. Growth is a priority, and we will continue evaluating ways to strengthen our position and better serve our advertisers.
What are some of your other objectives for 2025.
Our objectives for 2025 are all about growth, innovation, and putting our people first. We’re focused on continuing to expand our presence in key markets, exploring new growth opportunities, and strengthening our footprint in various markets.
