Catalyst Addresses Digital Sign Brightness Concerns

Billboard Insider Regulations LogoPhilly.com reports that representatives of Catalyst Outdoor Advertising have offered to plant 35 evergreens at a cost of $50,000 to shield certain homes from light emitted by a digital billboard.  Certain homeowners have complained about the brightness of the sign which is located in Downingtown, PA.
