An MTA bus hit a boom lift which was holding up a man changing a billboard at 5th and 51st street in New York City last night. The man was killed after he fell onto the pavement. Here are links to the story at New York Post, New York Daily News and Eyewitness News 7.

No safety equipment? PPE is always a requirement regardless of whether you have a safety rail or not. I’m sure OSHA will investigate and more will come from this incident.
