September 9, 2025 – This is to announce the divestiture of outdoor advertising assets in the Midland-Odessa, Texas market from Boomley, LLC to Arrington Outdoor Advertising, LP.

The seller, Boomley, LLC,, is a Puerto Rico based limited liability company headed by Alvaro Aranda.

The buyer, Arrington Outdoor advertising LP, is a Texas – based limited partnership headed by Mike Wolverton.

KALIL & CO., INC. was the exclusive broker for the transaction.
