For Immediate Release – April 9, 2026

Dallas, Texas – Ralston Outdoor (“Ralston”) announced today the divestiture of select Outdoor Advertising Assets to Arrington Outdoor Advertising (“Arrington”). Drachman M&A Co. represented seller Ralston in the transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“As our business evolves, it has become clear that focusing our efforts on our core Dallas and East Texas inventory provides the greatest return. In light of that, a strategic review recommended the divestiture of these displays located north, west, and south of the metroplex. We identified Arrington as having more infrastructure in these areas, and were happy to come to terms with them,” mentioned Ralston General Partner Ben Ralston.
Arrington has been a consistent acquirer of OOH assets in Texas.

“We are always looking for growth opportunities. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex keeps growing, and these displays bolster our coverage in its surrounding communities including: Azle, Lake Whitney, Springtown, Lindsay, Aurora, Ennis, and Gainesville. It was great working with our friends at Ralston and we look forward to continuing the relationship,” added Arrington Managing Partner, Mike Wolverton.
Drachman M&A Co. CEO, Max Drachman, highlighted the deal being a growth driver for both companies.
“The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex continues to be a vibrant OOH market. Outdoor operators are constantly looking to perfect their portfolios, and this deal helps both sides execute a broader vision.”
