Position: Local Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Coach: Guide and support Account Executives to optimize current accounts and drive new business revenues.
- Sales Excellence: Attend business calls, assist in presentations, and negotiate deals to achieve annual sales quotas.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are satisfied with their outdoor advertising experience and maximize their budget allotment.
- Revenue Optimization: Maintain 100% occupancy, secure long-term contracts, and achieve rate card pricing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Community Engagement: Affiliate with local organizations to maintain a visible presence in the Chattanooga market.
