    – Manage a team of 7 Leasing Agents in a 20+ state territory.
    – Oversee lease processing workflows including training and standardization of procedures from lease signature through structure construction.
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing agent communication, inquires, concerns, and general correspondence.
    – Aid your team in addressing and resolving lessor-related issues such as payment discrepancies, access restrictions, tree removal, etc.
    – Manage state permitting payment issues.
    – Support budget processes, including weekly, monthly, and year-end-lease-related financial tracking and reporting.
    – Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure lease obligations are met.

    What We Need From You:

    – Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
    – Valid driver’s license and ability / willingness to travel regionally as required

What You Can Expect From Us:
We believe in supporting our team with meaningful benefits and a positive work environment. As part of our team, you can expect:
    – Paid Company Holidays to ensure time to rest and recharge
    – Paid Time Off (PTO) that supports work-life balance and personal well-being
    – A competitive benefits package available after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
    – Cell phone reimbursement to support day-to-day business communication
    – Travel reimbursement for approved work-related travel expenses
    – Paid training to ensure you are set up for success and confident in your role
    – A stable and collaborative workplace where contributions are recognized and valued
    – Engaging, varied work with opportunities to learn and support multiple areas of the business
    – A team culture that values accuracy, flexibility, accountability, and professional growth
