Real estate Rep Position Job Description
- Scout new areas for billboards development
- Identify properties and meet with landowners
- Prepare lease agreements and purchase contracts
- Prepare permit applications and follow up
- Meet with local permit officials and attend public meetings
- Complete construction and line up jobs for completion
- Identify new areas for development and ride markets
- Help with existing renewal leases and landowner relations
