    I’m Becky Smith. For over seven years I handled day to day operations for multi market billboard companies, working directly with independent owners, advertisers, installers, and vendors. I learned something quickly: most owners don’t need help selling boards. They need someone they trust to run everything that happens after the sale.

    That is what Behind the Board does.

    We become your operations department.

    We coordinate advertisers, manage digital schedules, handle documentation, send invoices, track campaigns, and communicate with printers and installers. As much or as little as you want. Many owners simply create an operations email address and I take it from there.

    You keep the relationships, the land opportunities, and the growth of your company.
