Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Account Executive to sell primarily digital billboard advertising. This role combines new business development with management and growth of existing advertiser relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is excited about helping businesses grow through outdoor advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting-
- Prepare and present advertising campaigns that align with client goals and budgets
- Recommend billboard locations, formats, and campaign durations
Account Management & Growth
- Manage a base of existing advertisers while pursuing renewals, upsells, and new campaign concepts
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for new ads, creative refreshes, or expanded coverage
Campaign Development & Execution
- Prepare advertising contracts and insertion orders
- Work closely with the graphic design team to create effective, on-brand billboard creative
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns launch correctly and on schedule
- Ensure client satisfaction from sale through posting
- Account Executives are expected to guide advertisers toward creative that performs, not simply accept ineffective content.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Work within a team environment and support coworkers as needed
- Communicate clearly with operations, design, and management
- Demonstrate strong follow-through with both clients and internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (media or advertising preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable prospecting and asking for the business
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Prior OOH, media, or B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems
