Beacon Hills Times reports that a Massachusetts appeals court has prohibited outdoor signage at 9 Bowdoin St in Boston.  Defendants Hat 9 Bowdoin Realty and Sponsor Co, LLC had a appealed a 2015 ruling by Suffolk Superior court ordering the two billboards which were attached to the outside of the Red Hat building to be removed.
