Arrington Outdoor Advertising was founded  in the late 90′s by David Arrington and Mike Wolverton. Since beginning their partnership Arrington Outdoor has built and acquired over 400 traditional billboard faces and own and operate a dozen digital faces.  Their billboard inventory goes east as far as Tyler, south to Cleburne, west to the Great Lake of Texas- Possum Kingdom Lake and north to the Red River.
