Lamar owns 166 billboards in Little Rock. Ace Signs has 9. Cuerden Sign Co has 3. Statewide Outdoor Advertising and Impact Outdoor Advertising each have 1. the city has capped the number of boards at 198 of which 180 are in active use. The billboards which Lamar wants to convert are at the southwest corner of Kanis and Shackleford and along I-630. The city council will vote on the plan tonight.
