Carroll Advertising Company, Inc., was started in 1996 by John Carroll with three billboard faces. The company has grown to include a division of digital advertising and poster displays targeting Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Island.

Last year Carroll Advertising sold 9 digital, 7 static, and 2 trivision panels in key areas near Gillette Stadium, I-495 and Routes 3, 93, I-95/128 and the Braintree Split to OUTFRONT Media.
