How do you code an autonomous vehicle to stop for the cops?  Who gets the ticket?  An autonomous vehicle in San Francisco was pulled over by cops.  It initially stopped then took off as the cops walked back to their vehicle.  Evidently the cops called the vehicle’s owner and the owner sent out maintenance to take over the rogue vehicle.  Take a look at the video below.
