On October 1  we did a post about a Joyce Outdoor Billboard birthday cake.  Jessica Clark a digital marketing specialist at Porter Outdoor Advertising read the post and sent Insider a picture of a “Billboard Cake” she designed for Porter’s Indiana Sales Manager Steve Rankin when he retired after 20 years of service.  Great job Jessica!
