Keystone Outdoor operates a billboard plant which targets bridges, expressways and suburban roads in Southern New Jersey, Trenton and Philadelphia.  The privately-held firm was started in 1977 by Dominick Cipollini when he secured a billboard location on 5th and Callowhill Street.  You can see one of the company’s high profile bridge signs below.

Earlier this year Keystone partnered with the Philadelphia City Council on a billboard campaign to promote mask wearing and social distancing
