Tell us about your plant200 faces that are a mixture of junior panels, poster panels and 30 sheet. Located in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.
What’s new in the last year
Lots of growth resulting in highway expansion and larger traffic counts. Lamar Is now a new player in my market with the sale of Ashby Street. The result has been a lot of consolidation of existing inventory in the Fayetteville to Rogers market.
How do you decide on building wood versus metal structures
We started in 1986 building mostly wood structures. In those days we based our decision on whether to use wood or steel on whether we could dig a hole by hand or if we needed to hire a rock driller. Holes drilled in rock allowed us to use a smaller diameter metal pole. I’ve since gone exclusively to metal. I’ve gradually been replacing the wood structures with metal as they deteriorate.
