Meadow Outdoor Assists in Ontario, Oregon Tree Replacement

Argus Observer reports Meadow Outdoor is paying for removal of ash trees in Ontario, Oregon and the replanting of columar oak trees.  The trees which will be removed are old, dying and infested with beetle borers.  The first stage of the project involves East Idaho Avenue between Love’s Travel Stop and the Snake River.  The second stage of the project involves a stretch between Love’s Travel Stop and the I-84 loop.

Insider’s take:  Kudos to Meadow for participating on the project.  The city gets new, healthier, lower maintenance trees.  Meadow gets better sign views.
