Carter Outdoor signed an April 2015 agreement with Highpoint Tower Technology to market all Carter Outdoor sites for telecom development.

Carter Outdoor (www.carteroutdoor.com)  should not be confused with Carter Outdoor Advertising (www.carteroutdooradvertising.com) which operates billboards in Arkansas.
