Sales Manager – Outdoor Advertising
A local Outdoor Advertising company that is specializing in high-impact billboard and digital display solutions. Our mission is to connect businesses with their audiences through strategic, creative, and results-driven advertising campaigns across the region.Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, develop, and expand our local and regional sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven leader with a strong background in media, advertising, or B2B sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives
– Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
– Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, and regional advertisers
– Identify new business opportunities and key accountsPerformance Goals & Incentives:
– Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (individual + team)
– Drive new business development, with a target percentage of revenue from new accounts
– Maintain high client retention and renewal rates
– Incentives tied to exceeding revenue quotas, landing key accounts, and sustained team performance
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of OOH (Out-of-Home) sales experience required
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
– Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
