After 44 years in the Out of Home industry and more than seven years with Allison Outdoor Advertising, we’re proud to congratulate Keith Horton on his retirement, effective March 31, 2026.
Keith joined Allison Outdoor in October 2018 and has been a steady, positive leader ever since. “His depth of knowledge across every facet of the billboard business delivered immediate value when he came to work with us,” said Claude Dicks, president of Allison Outdoor Advertising. Over the years, Keith helped shape not only our sales team, but also the way we operate as a company. His team-first mentality helped lay the foundation for continued growth—both financially and through the processes that have made Allison Outdoor stronger.
“It’s been a great ride in this business going all the way back to the start in 1982 with Naegle Outdoor,” said Horton. “When I think about my time here at Allison Outdoor, a few things I’m most proud of are how I helped modernize the company. Up until 2021, Allison was still using glue and paper for posters. Today, every poster unit is Single Sheet Post, like other major billboard companies. I’m also proud of the revenue growth we’ve achieved over the years. Getting to work day in and day out with our incredible sales team—coaching them and leading them—has been a real pleasure. Lastly, I’ve said this a number of times, but Allison Outdoor has been the best place I’ve ever worked.”
Most importantly, Keith has been a joy to be around. He brought a strong work ethic, genuine care for others, and a commitment to putting the company and team ahead of himself. The pride he took in his work will continue to influence our organization long after his final day.
While we’ll miss seeing him every day, we’re excited for Keith and his family as he steps into this next chapter. Please join us in thanking him for his years of dedication and wishing him a happy, well-earned retirement.
