The purchase includes 10 static (traditional) bulletins along the Hwy 53 corridor in Superior Wisconsin and along the Hwy 2 corridor in the Poplar, Wisconsin area along with the land and easements under all the signs.

Franklin Outdoor Advertising now has 1,004 faces throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin in 31 counties. Continuing to strengthen Franklin as the largest Minnesota-based billboard company.

Dan Franklin, of Franklin Outdoor Advertising said “We are excited to take over these signs and expand our service area in both Northern Wisconsin and the Duluth,MN-Superior, WI market. We look forward to continuing the relationships they had and forge new ones with new clients. ZMC Hotels had been a long-time customer of ours on other signs. We were excited to take over the signs they had built before they had sold the hotels in 2015, no longer having a need for these signs, we knew they would fit well in our continued expansion plans.”
