Lafe Schneider on What’s Next

With the recent announcement of Adams purchase of TDO Outdoor, we reached out to Lafe Schneider to see what is next for the former President of TDO.

Lafe, with the sale of TDO Advertising assets to Adams Outdoor, what are your plans? 

I’m proud to share that I’ll be continuing my OOH (Out-of-Home) career with Adams Outdoor Advertising. This transition represents an exciting new chapter that unites the strengths of both organizations, TDO’s entrepreneurial spirit and Adams’ decades of experience and expansive market presence. Together, we’ll be able to deliver even greater value for our clients, agencies, partners, and the communities we serve.

Adams has a long history of leadership in outdoor media, and I’m thrilled to contribute to that legacy while helping shape what’s next for the OOH industry across our shared markets.

What will your new position be?

My current title is Sales Manager of Ohio. In this role, I’ll be ensuring our advertisers continue to receive the same high level of service, strategy, and creativity they’ve come to expect.

I’m particularly excited about strengthening partnerships with both local and regional agencies, helping brands connect more meaningfully with audiences through the power of outdoor media.

Any reflections from  your success with TDO?

Leading TDO through years of growth, innovation, and community involvement has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. We started as a small, ambitious company and built something truly special, partnering with Blip adding programmatic in 2018, strong relationships with clients/agencies, and a genuine passion for the communities we operate in.

I’m incredibly grateful for the advertisers and agencies who believed in our vision, the landowners who trusted us with their properties, and most importantly, the dedicated TDO team who turned every challenge into an opportunity. Our hard work, creativity, and commitment are what made TDO such a respected name in the industry.
