Steak ’n Shake CEO Sardar Biglari has been a vocal critic of Cracker Barrel’s botched rebranding from the beginning, and has not let up. Biglari is also a major shareholder in Cracker Barrel owning nearly 3% of the company’s shares and is leading a proxy battle to get rid of Cracker Barrel CEO , .
What’s the best way to get the word out? A billboard, of course, which Bilgari purchased in Nashville, TN, near Cracker Barrel’s Lebanon TN headquarters.
