Insider caught up with Arrington Outdoor Managing Director Mike Wolverton for the details on their Boomley, LLC asset acquisition.

Hi Mike, we saw that you completed a purchase from Boomley LLC. Any details on what you purchased?

Thanks John. Sorry I was tied up yesterday but I see you were able to post the transaction. It was small deal with two structures that includes three digital faces.

How will those assets fit into your existing inventory?

It expands our limited inventory that we currently have in Midland Odessa, Texas.

Does Boomley have other OOH assets in the US or Puerto Rico?  

I don’t believe Boomley has any other signs.
