A clear hallucination.  Sources at Clear Channel tell Billboard Insider that this is a fiction.

David Moezidistot has never been Clear Channel Outdoor’s CFO.   David Moezidistot has never worked at Clear Channel Outdoor. Billboard Insider can find no such person as David Moezidistot on Linked in.  And this person who doesn’t exist was appointed as Cldear Channel Outdoor’s CEO  six months ago?
