Creative Outdoor operates a plant of 34,000 advertising units in 320 minicipalities. around the United States and Canada.  The plant consists mostly of bus shelters, bus benches, waste and recycle bins and transit shelters.

The firm was started in 2000 and has offices in Tampa, Florida and Gormley, Ontario.  In September 2021 Fulcrum Capital Partners invested in Creative Outdoor.  In 2023 the company the company installed 48 ad supported recycling bins in Lynn, Massachusetts and 17 ad supported recycling bins in Warman SK in addition to signing new transit agreements in Brampton, Durham, Niagra and Lakeland.
