Billboard Insider readers love to construct new billboards to create value.  Here are the resuts of our readers poll.  Approximately one in three readers has build a new billboard in the past year.  One in four readers has acquired billboards or purchased easements.  One in five readers have converted a static billboard to digital.  And one in fifty readers has stayed pat.  The same results hold for plans for next year.
