With over 20 years of C-suite experience, Louise has a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder value optimization and building high performing teams. She has led high-impact projects such as a $1B international acquisition and integration two large successful exits of private equity-backed companies.

Louise joins us from Salute Mission Critical, where she led global Finance, IT, and Business Operations, driving impressive growth. She also held strategic roles at CDW Technologies and PwC, bringing a rich foundation in executive-level reporting, investor relations, and financial oversight.

As CFO, Louise will lead our Finance, IT, and Accounting teams, spearheading Adams’ commitment to operational excellence and growth.
