Insider spoke with Dom Vastino to catch up on the latest developments at Premier Outdoor Media.

What’s new at Premier since we last talked?

Can’t believe it has been a year already, but we’ve continued to grow our inventory – both our digital and static footprint. Over the last year, we have added over 15 new digital units through organic development and conversion for a total of 45+ digital units across our portfolio.

Can you update us on your current sign inventory?

We currently have over 500 digital and static faces throughout New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Talk about your definition and strategy for marketing your premier digital and static panels?

As our digital and static footprint has grown, we can now offer a network of units to our customers with the best coverage in the marketplace. We focus our sales and marketing efforts on local direct clients, as well as regional and national agencies, with a constant push for our clients to realize how we’ve grown and can better serve their needs.

Do you have a preferred digital manufacturer?

All but 3 units in our portfolio are manufactured by Watchfire.

So far, 2024 has been a difficult year to put a theme to. When you look back at 2024, how do you think you will describe the year for Premier Outdoor Media?

The first half of 2024 continues to be strong for us, both in organic development growth through new installations and digital conversions. Based on your question, it seems that other operators might be struggling with contracted revenue. We have seen a shift of revenue from direct agency contracts to our programmatic partners, with triple digit growth YoY in the first half of 2024. We believe this will continue through the back half of the year, with political spend increasing, too.
