In 1992, M&S Signs was formed by Cliff Miller and Don Seymour with one structure to advertise their own independent businesses. After realizing the exponential growth from outdoor advertising, they decided to expand the company to offer advertising to other local area businesses.

After 30 years, with over 100 displays within 6 Michigan counties, Don Seymour was bought out by Allan Miller and a father-son partnership began. In 2023, Allan joined the family business and began providing new ideas and strategies. Within that same year M&S Signs was transformed into Miller Outdoor Advertising, Inc.
