Watchfire Signs did a concise three minute interview with New South Outdoor’s Neil Bell on how to use sample content to sell more advertising. Bell gives these sales tips:
- Use spec art with the prospect’s logo or with creative for a similar business.
- Give examples of dynamic content (e.g. countdown to a sale or dynamic interest rates in a bank ad or car dealers picturing recent customers and their purchases).
- Encourage frequent content changes.
- Contact customers 6-8 weeks before holidays for special promotions so that you have time to plan creative.
