InSite Street Media was formed in 2018 by a merger of Signal Outdoor Advertising of Atlanta, GA and InSite Martin Street Ads of Los Angeles, CA. Signal was established in 1998 after acquiring Culver-Amherst and Martin roots go back to 2007. In 2022 the Company announced their acquisition of Rivet Campus Media. Rivet operates 2,000 kiosk displays across 130 college and university campuses such as UCLA, Syracuse University, Georgetown University and Santa Monica College.
