Insider ran two articles yesterday on digital billboards and FCC emissions limits.  Digital billboard manufacturer Anthem Display’s Rod Rackley had this comment on the article:

“Anthem Displays designs and manufactures its displays in the US, has incorporated EMI mitigation into the product design, and is currently in the process of obtaining FCC compliance testing.”
