IBOUSA Spring Conference Scottsdale AZ, May 4th, 2017 – Matthew Mollman of Mollman Media, Chickasha, OK, a founding executive of IBOUSA, announced IBO VISION, an exploratory program to identify emerging data technologies and their applications to enhance sales and profitability of independent billboard operators.

IBO Vision is an outgrowth of the IBO Fusion initiative and focuses on accurate traffic counts, predictive audience measurement, and campaign attribution for post buy analytics.
