Yesterday Insider ran OAAA’s announcement that US Out of home revenue grew 4.1% for the second quarter of 2016.   Out of home grew faster than the US economy as you can see from the table below.  The out of home industry grew at 3.5 times faster than the US economy during the past quarter.  The out of home industry grew at 2.3 times faster than the US economy during the past year.  It’s great to be in a business growing faster than the US economy.  Most other forms of media are failing to match the GDP.  This is part of the reason that private equity is interested in out of home.
